I started this brand/shop in 2020, Auto Connect was created to be a versatile name that could adapt to change.
When I first launched, it was to sell pre-owned cars.
I am an auto-investor and have been a enthusiast for as long as I can remember.
My first truck was a 1984 square body Chevy long bed farm truck that my dad and I restored and painted together.
Over the past few years, I have studied and trained on the art of paint correction, hand applied coatings, re-styling, paint protection, painting, and high end detailing.
Launching the services side of the business has been the best decision I could have made for Auto Connect, and it is extremely satisfying to see cars transform into their full potential.
Our shop has polished, coated, restored, and detailed hundreds of cars in the DFW area as well as Hunt, Co.
We pride ourselves on offering exceptional workmanship, application, and delivery.
In the near future I plan on hiring more hands to help grow the operations and open up more shops in other markets.

James Odell - Body work / Mechanic / Paint
James has lived, breathed, and been in the car fixin' business for over 30 years. What started as a hobby painting a family members car for them 30 years ago turned into a lifestyle and permanent career for James. He has restored and painted hundreds of cars. James started working for Auto Connect late 2025 and is excited to help grow the Greenvillle location. James is planning to set roots in our shop and assisting with building the shop to its full potential, from minor fender benders, to frame off restorations and fresh paint he will perform come hell or high water.
