Price-For the price of a frontal PPF install, we can install rocklear on your whole vehicle and ensure every part of the vehicle has protection.

Scratch & Chip Resistance-This coating is un-like anything else in the market, after curing it forms a solid  shell coating over the surface to help resist rock-chips and scratching. It is a hand applied clear system.

Gloss- Icon provides a gloss that is unmatched in the coating industry proven to be the glossiest coating on the market adding amazing depth and clarity to your cars appearance. In order to get the same volume of product on a vehicle as this hand applied coating, you would have to spray at least a couple gallons of normal clear coat.

Maintenance- Icon comes with a 15 year manufacture warranty with no required annual maintenance. Because the coating is self healing, your coating can be buffed and polished in most cases of minor scuffs and scratches. 

Maintenance washes are also easier as rocklear provides ultra-hydrophobic permanent bond with your existing clear coat.

New Finish- saved the best part for last... 

Rocklear fills in scratches, swirls, and normal clear coat wear and tear. It is essentially a brand new finish on your paint. A ceramic coating will come off with a polisher, Rocklear will not and polishes like butter.

Hydrophobic -When it comes to your cars clear coat, the microscopic pores of the clear are open and exposed to the elements without a ceramic coating. If you spray your car down with water on a vertical panel you will notice the water sticks to the paint. With a ceramic coating the pores of your clear coat will be sealed and closed for the lifespan of the coating. Hydrophobic is just a fancy word for “waterproof”. 

Chemical resistant -Ceramic coatings were originally developed for the preservation of military vehicles in the 50's, overtime the detailing industry has incorporated ceramic coatings as the ultimate clear coat protection without using films or wraps. 

Ease of maintenance -Maintaining a ceramic coating is the biggest question we get, once you have a coating on your car and invest into preserving your paint, the last thing you want to do is “mess anything up”. 

Because ceramic coatings are hydrophobic, it makes cleaning your vehicle much easier. However, there are proper ways to maintain the vehicle to preserve the coating. Most of time if there is just surface dirt it can be removed and cleaned without actually making contact with the paint using foam cannon, water, and leaf blower… IF a contact wash is needed, then we like to use a traditional two bucket method for hand washing.
